Sailing trip with Storeggen
The Fisheries Museum invites the public to join a sailing trip on the fishing boat Storeggen. Storeggen is a replica of an Ålesund fishing boat from the 1890s. With a full set of sails, the boat has seven sails, and the fishermen of that time were skilled sailors.

This is a trip for those who wish to experience what it is like to sail a fishing boat like Storeggen. You do not need any prior sailing experience, but you should be willing to lend a hand. We depart from the Fisheries Museum, out past Molja, and let the wind take us where it will.

Equipment: Warm clothing and packed food, preferably sea boots and work gloves. Safety equipment is provided on board.
Ticket price: NOK 495,-

Max capacity onboard: 12 passengers.
Embark and disembark: Fisheries Museum, Molovegen 10, Ålesund
Meeting time: 15 minutes before departure!
